Every DSH mandate includes clearly stated exit clauses. If we do not deliver on the agreed commitments within the agreed period, you recover full freedom to work with whoever you choose. The contract is transparent before you sign it — not after. We put our investment at risk, not yours.

How do you ensure that buyers are genuinely qualified before visiting the property?

Every buyer is financially verified before any viewing is booked. This means confirming available capital, financing status and genuine purchase intent. We do not book viewings to generate activity — we book viewings with buyers who are ready to move forward if the property meets their criteria.

What does the process look like from the first conversation to closing?

The process has six defined stages: initial valuation and market positioning, property preparation including home staging, network and campaign activation, buyer selection and verified viewings, offer management and negotiation, and legal and notary coordination through to closing. You receive written updates at each stage and direct access to your assigned specialist throughout.

I am not based in Spain. Can the process be managed remotely?

Yes. The majority of our clients manage the process from their home country. We coordinate directly with your legal representative in Spain or connect you with specialists if needed. Viewings, offer management and most of the documentation process can be handled without your physical presence until the notary appointment — which can also be managed by proxy in most cases.
